1) attention in the shape of talks, surprises, flowers and dates;

3) don't be afraid of saying something I might disagree with;
4) speak up if something isn't the way you want it to be (with facts and reasoning);
5) stay reasonably supportive and show egoism when it's needed;
6) be organised and well-thought through;
